Cathy O'Dowd is inspiring. She has been climbing internationally for 25 years and was the first woman to climb Everest from both north and south sides.

Last year she was part of a team that made the first ascent of Nanga Parbat (9th highest in the world) via the Mazeno ridge. Although she didn't make the top, she is the only women ever to traverse the 5 mile long Mazeno ridge, which lies at 23,000 feet, and her descent down unclimbed ground on the Rupal side was an epic in its own right.

Womenclimb are thrilled to be hosting this exclusive illustrated talk about Cathy's encounter with Nanga Parbat. Cathy is a professional inspirational speaker, as well as a climber, and you can expect this to be a presentation unlike any you've heard before!

Tickets are just £4.00 + booking fee, and are available from www.womenclimb.co.uk.

What's included in your ticket:

**Free Popcorn!
**Free prize draw entry
**45min talk and slideshow from Cathy O'Dowd
**30min Q&A Session
**Opportunity to meet other women climbers socially

We really hope you can join us.
