Get ready for an alpine adventure with alpinist and BMC Ambassador Calum Muskett and British Mountain Guide Steve Long.

Calum and Steve will cover:

• Places to go and when to visit them
• Preparation; fitness and acclimatisation
• Valley accommodation, huts and bivis
• Alpine hazards and how to manage the risks
• Techniques for effective movement
