The BMC is pleased to present the Alex Honnold Tour, which will be showing at the Abbeydale Picture House in Sheffield on Tuesday 24 May 2016.
Alex Honnold is a Californian rock climber who is famous for making free solo ascents of big walls, breaking speed records, and more recently, demolishing marathon alpine traverses such as the Fitz Traverse in Patagonia, which is documented in the film A Line Across The Sky.
Supporting Alex at the shows will be our ambassador team, including Steve McClure, Hazel Findlay, Shauna Coxsey, James McHaffie and Calum Muskett. Each event will be hosted by Niall Grimes, with book signings, Q&A sessions, raffle and spot prizes.
Tickets are available at £10 to BMC members (£17.50 non-members) plus booking fee.
Other dates and venues on the tour are:
25 May – Manchester
27 May – Caernarfon
