The Southern Sandstone Open Meeting will be held in the bar at the Bowles Outdoor Centre, Eridge Green on Sunday 8 October 2017, start time to be confirmed.
The meeting will be trying out a new format. No formal agenda will be published, there will be a short news update on current work which includes the launch of the new Sandstone Code of Practice, followed by an open forum. This should reduce the length of the meeting.
As ever, this is an opportunity for Sandstone climbers to come along, catch up with their mates over a beer and some free food and raise any issues they feel need discussing to do with climbing on the local Sandstone.
We want your views on access to Isolated Buttress – Harrison’s Rocks
A decision will be made after the meeting on whether or not a bridge will be installed.
If you have views on this issue, please attend the meeting so that they can be discussed and taken into consideration. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please email your views to Sarah Cullen, Chair of the Harrison’s Rocks Management Group: sarah@nuts4climbing.com
