The 2017 Ogwen Mountaineering Festival will be held on the 15 & 16 September, based at Neuadd Ogwen in Bethesda.

After a successful debut in 2016, the festival returns in an expanded two-day format, with special guest speakers, free climbing workshops, a coffee morning, and product stalls.

Alan Hinkes will give a lecture on the Friday evening, Lowri Morgan will headline the Welsh afternoon and Nigel Shepherd will close the festival on Saturday evening.

Speaker ticket packages range from £13 to £30 and can be booked via the Neuadd Ogwen website
