West Bromwich Mountaineering Club is extending an invitation to BMC members to join the club on its next monthly outdoor meet to Dufton in Cumbria’s Eden Valley on Sunday 8 April 2018.
Timings, drop-offs and pick-up points
The luxury coach with on board facilities coach will leave Edward Street car park in West Bromwich (B70 8NHU) at 07.00am prompt. There is plenty of free parking available on a Sunday.
There will be a further pick up at 07.20am at Penkridge High Street.
A short tea/coffee break en route will be made at Charnock Richard Services.
There will be 3 drop-off points in addition to the final destination of Dufton:
Tebay A685 island, M6 junction 38
Newbiggin on Lune
Brough
Pick-up points will be Dufton and Tebay.
Coach will arrive back in West Bromwich at around 9.30pm.
Cost
Fares are £22 for guests, £8 for under-16s and full-time students.
Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Experience, equipment and conditions
If anyone is unsure of map reading skills why not come along and join some of the club’s experienced members who are always willing to accommodate.
Winter conditions may prevail, if so ice axe and crampons should be part of your gear. Also, you should consider the conditions when choosing your route. If this gear is not available, then please take a lower level walk.
