The BMC South West Area Meeting will be held at the Project Climbing Centre, Poole on Saturday 1 September 2018, starting at 7.00pm.
Come to our next gathering of South West climbers and walkers and get involved in the BMC.
Area meetings are run by volunteers and provide an opportunity for you to discuss issues and influence decisions affecting climbers and walkers locally and nationally.
The meeting will include discussion and voting on a proposal to amend the South Devon fixed gear policy, which was presented at the previous meeting on 31 May – see attached meeting minutes.
BMC Implementation Group Update
The group set up by the National Council to provide an oversight of work required to take forward organisational change in the BMC has published a report (attached) outlining the group’s principles and how it will undertake its work in consultation with BMC members.
All are welcome; food will be provided by the BMC.
