The BMC London & South East Area Meeting will take place at The Old King's Head, Borough, central London on Thursday 21 March 2019, starting at 7.00pm.
Come to our next gathering of climbers and walkers in the South East and get involved in the BMC.
Area meetings are run by volunteers and provide an opportunity for you to discuss issues and influence decisions affecting climbers and walkers locally and nationally, and to meet like-minded people and enjoy a sociable night out.
Walking India Top to Bottom
Guest speaker for the evening is Olie Hunter Smart, who in 2017 walked the length of India, a 4,500km journey during which he aimed to uncover untold stories about Partition and Independence from Britain that took place in 1947, and find out how it impacted the ordinary people of India - see attached meeting poster for more information.
