The BMC North West Area Meeting will take place at Sedgley Park Rugby Club in Whitefield, north Manchester on Tuesday 19 March 2019, starting at 7.30pm (food from 7.00pm).
Come to our next gathering of North West climbers and walkers and get involved in the BMC.
Area meetings are run by volunteers and provide an opportunity for you to discuss issues and influence decisions affecting climbers and walkers locally and nationally, and to meet like-minded people and enjoy a sociable night out.
The meeting will include a brief update on the three major topic areas for the BMC AGM (31 March), and how to use your proxy vote, and an introduction to the area’s new hill walking reps.
All are welcome; food (and cake!) will be provided by the BMC, available from 7.00pm.
The venue has an extensive free car park and is close to the motorway network (M60, Junction 17), and about twenty minutes’ walk from the Metrolink stations at Whitefield and Besses o’ th’ Barn.
