The BMC Cymru Mid Wales Area Meeting will be held at The White Lion Hotel in Machynlleth on Thursday 21 November 2019, starting at 7.30pm.
Come to our next gathering of Mid Wales climbers and walkers and get involved in the BMC.
Area meetings are run by volunteers and provide an opportunity for you to discuss issues and influence decisions affecting climbers and walkers locally and nationally, and to meet like-minded people and enjoy a sociable night out.
Film night: Mountain shorts
Following the meeting film maker Rob Johnson will introduce and show a few short films. The films feature pioneering North Wales climber Colin Goodey, acclaimed photographer and Snowdonia's most sharp-witted cafe worker Nick Livesey, and Leeds doorman turned outdoor instructor Mark 'Charlie' Valentine. The films show their relationship with the mountains and the latter one hasn't been shown anywhere else before.
All are welcome; food will be provided by the BMC.
The evening starts at 7.30pm and will be finished by 10pm.
