Mind Over Mountains is a charity restoring well-being naturally through life-changing therapeutic outdoor experiences.

Escape into nature with our team of experienced coaches, counsellors and mountain leaders.

Walk, talk and find stillness in some of the UK’s most special places.
 
Launching a weekday option, we can enjoy some fine views across North Yorkshire and Cleveland as we climb the popular hill of Roseberry Topping. A varied walk through woodland and open moorland, with a visit to Captain Cook’s monument via the Cleveland Way.

Distance: 6-7 miles
 
Grade: Moderate, approx 400m ascent
 
Cost: £39 (bursaries available)
