The BMC Peak AGM & Area Meeting will be held online via Zoom on Thursday 27 January 2022, starting at 7.00 pm.

Come to our next gathering of Peak climbers and walkers and get involved in the BMC. 

Area Meetings are run by volunteers and provide an opportunity for you to discuss issues and influence decisions affecting climbers and walkers locally and nationally. All are welcome.

AREA AGM

The meeting will include the 2021 Area AGM, with elections for various Area volunteer roles; there are vacancies for the roles of Area Secretary, Area Representative, and Newsletter Editor.

The BMC (British Mountaineering Council) is the representative body that exists to protect the freedoms and promote the interests of climbers, hill walkers and mountaineers, including ski-mountaineers. The BMC recognises that climbing, hill walking and mountaineering are activities with a danger of personal injury or death.
