The 2022 BMC AGM will be held online on the evening of Wednesday 18 May 2022, starting at 7.00pm and lasting no more than two hours. It would be fantastic to see as many members as possible joining us.
The agenda includes the presentation of the Annual Report, Accounts, and various presentations. As for resolutions, there will be a number of procedural ones to vote on, such as approval of the new Chair, as well as a special resolution to approve some further amendments to the Articles of Association. There are also a number of elections to be held.
