The BMC and DMM have teamed up to give youngsters the opportunity to take the step from indoors to outdoors on a climbing meet in North Wales over the weekend of 29-30 October.
Who is the meet for?
Organised for young climbers (11-17-years-old), wanting to make the step from indoor walls to getting outside on the crags, as well as those who already have some outdoor climbing experience, it is a great opportunity to enjoy some classic trad routes under the watchful eye of experienced climbers.
The meet will cost £40 which goes towards the two nights of accommodation. There are some free places available for families in rented accommodation and on income support.

Interested in volunteering?
A group of volunteer experienced climbers will take the youngsters out onto the crags after taking account of their ability, aspirations and the weather.
