The BMC London & South East Area Meeting will be held online on Zoom on Tuesday 24 January 2023, starting at 7.00pm, and will include a talk by BMC Hill Walking Ambassador Mary-Ann Ochota.
Come to our next virtual gathering of South East climbers and walkers and get involved in the BMC.
Area Meetings are run by volunteers and provide an opportunity for you to discuss issues and influence decisions affecting climbers and walkers locally and nationally. All are welcome.
Guest Speaker, Mary-Ann Ochota: “The Ridgeway at 50”.
The Ridgeway is an 87-mile long National Trail running across southern England from Avebury to Ivinghoe Beacon in the Chilterns and this year the trail is celebrating its 50th Anniversary. Joining us to talk about the history of the trail and the events taking place this year to celebrate this special occasion will be the writer and presenter Mary-Ann Ochota who is patron of the 50th anniversary.
