Are you a young climber, eager to explore, scramble or climb?
Are you a parent wanting to develop your outdoor skills and confidence in mountain environments?
Or maybe your family already enjoys walking and climbing and would like to have a sociable day out with other like-minded folk?
This event aims to inspire young people and families to appreciate mountain activities such as walking, scrambling and climbing. It's also for parents to develop their confidence and hill skills, including navigation and/or ropework.
Exact activities may include navigation, walking, scrambling or climbing, and will depend on the weather, who attends and what you want to do!
This weekend is open to young people accompanied by parents and is free to attend. Though organised by the Midllands area, families from other places are welcome to join in. You can come along for the whole weekend or just drop in for one day.
