The BMC has teamed up with Plas y Brenin, the national outdoor centre, to launch some new indoor-to-outdoor climbing courses. Plas y Brenin is based in the glorious Snowdonia National Park, North Wales. This incredible location gives you an amazing opportunity to climb on some of the best crags this country has to offer under the friendly and superb guidance of their experienced instructors.
The Ready to Rock course is an affordable course aiming to give people the confidence and skills they need to begin climbing outdoors. No outdoor climbing experience, or specialist climbing equipment, is necessary.
Cost
Each course is also available at three price options – all offering a substantial discount from standard prices - so you can choose the options that suits you best:
- Non-residential: only £60 (RRP £120)
- Bunkhouse accommodation with Plas y Brenin including all food: only £80 (RRP £140)
- The full-board Plas y Brenin experience with an ensuite room in main house: only £100 (RRP £160)
