The BMC London & South East Area Meeting will be held on Saturday 18 January 2014, starting at 4pm (doors open at 10.00am for climbing), at the Reach Climbing Wall, Woolwich, London.
The Area Meetings are your way as a BMC member to keep up to date on what we are doing for you, and for you to influence the BMC’s work. Discussions will include: an update on the Harrison's Rocks toilet block and campsite; upcoming local BMC events; and feedback from the BMC National Council.
The Reach have kindly offered discounted entry (£6.00) on the day to all BMC Members who want to climb before the meeting, so come early and get a climbing session in too.
BMC Ambassador Fran Brown will be our honorary speaker, talking about her journey from childhood adventures in Cornwall to becoming Paraclimbing World Champion in Paris in 2012.
The meeting and talk are free to attend, and all are welcome.
We'll even lay on some food to keep your energy up.
