The BMC Peak Area Meeting will take place virtually via Zoom on Wednesday 2 September 2020, starting at 7.30pm.

Come to our next (virtual) gathering of Peak District climbers and walkers and get involved in the BMC. 

Area meetings are run by volunteers and provide an opportunity for you to discuss issues and influence decisions affecting climbers and walkers locally and nationally. All are welcome.

Organisational Development Group: update to Areas – Aug/Sep 2020
There are currently two papers out for member consultation related to the work of the ODG: the Members’ Council Terms of Reference; and proposed voting procedures for AGMs and GMs. Links to both papers, and instructions on how to provide feedback, can be found in the attached paper. We would like to hear your views by Friday 11 September. 

2021 Strategic Consultation
The meeting will provide an opportunity for members to feed into the consultation – please see attached paper. A member of the Board of Directors will give a presentation at the meeting and take feedback on the Strategic Review. You can also provide feedback via a short online survey:
