BMC Local Area Access Rep (Access Rep (West Midlands))
, Midlands Area
I've been one of the Volunteer Access Reps for the Midlands Area group (West Mids) for the past umpteen years; fortunately it's an area that isn't exactly overflowing with crags, nor with access problems on the whole, so we manage to keep most things ticking along reasonably well. There are a few crag cleanups in the offing most of the time, so if anyone wants to volunteer to help out, get in touch.
I've climbed at a (very) mediocre standard for more years than I care to remember, but still get immense enjoyment on the rare occasions when I do get out. Munro-bagging and a few Corbetts take up most of my weekends away, which is a bit inconvenient when you live 350 miles from most of the nearest ones. Still, less than a 100 Munros to go, but quite a lot of Corbetts still outstanding.
