The BMC Yorkshire Area Meeting will be held in the Garden Room at The Wheatley Arms in Ben Rhydding on Monday 27 November 2017, starting at 7.00pm.
Come along to our regular gathering of Yorkshire climbers and walkers, to discuss the latest issues and get involved in the work of the BMC.
BMC area meetings are run by volunteers and are your chance to join in with debate and influence decisions about what happens in your area as well as the rest of the country. The November meeting is also the area AGM, and will include elections for various volunteer roles.
Organisational Review: report and recommendations
The independent Organisational Review Group’s interim report will be published prior to the November round of BMC area meetings, which will provide an important opportunity for members to discuss the group’s findings and provide feedback to help shape the group’s final recommendations, which will go to a vote at the BMC AGM in April 2018.

Guest speaker for the evening is BMC ambassador James ‘Caff’ McHaffie
Caff will no doubt simultaneously entertain and terrify the audience with tales of ascents of some of the hardest climbs around.
