This meet provides an opportunity for prospective club members to see how a meet works and to get to know the club, and will be based in the Hathersage area over the weekend of 14-16 September 2018.
The Pinnacle Club is a UK-based club of women climbers who are united by a shared enthusiasm for climbing. The club runs two open meets during the year. Prospective members are welcome on all meets, but this is a good place to start. The main criteria is that you must be able to safely lead climbs at whatever level you climb at, so this is not a club for beginners. It's a friendly meet where members mix with guests and share climbing.
The meet will be based at the Thorpe Farm Bunkhouses, near Hathersage (Grid Ref. SK223824).
This is the second of two introductory open meets of the year; the first 2018 Open Meet will be held over the weekend of 18-20 May in Snowdonia.
